  • Single Occupancy - $40

  • Double Occupancy - One bed - $50

  • Double Occupancy  - Two beds - $60

  • $10 each additional guest in rooms that can accommodate more than 2 guests

  • Weekly rates - 7 nights for the price of 6

  • During season there is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends

All rooms are subject to availability and 12.75% state and local taxes
